Butternut Squash Pizza
Take one Butternut Squash per 2 people.
Chop in half length ways and scoop out.
Score diagonally about a centimetre deep to allow for even cooking.
Place in the oven for around 20 minutes and part bake.
Take out of oven careful not to be scalded with hot steam from centre.
Fill centre with a tomato based sauce of your choice.
Layer with cheese, grated or sliced even vegan cheese.
Top with a few fresh ingredients of your choice.
Sprinkle with Italian Herbs
and oven bake until baked through.
