Greek Kebab Buddha Bowl

Dry fry some Vegan Quorn Mince or Minced meat with a selection of the following herbs;

Mix in a bowl a pinch of salt, garlic powder, basil, oregano, cinnamon, black pepper, parsley, rosemary, dill, marjoram, thyme, and nutmeg to taste.

Make a small side salad of tomatoes, onions, grated carrots with some olive oil, balsamic vinegar and herbs.

Sprinkle a Pitta Bread, preferably Wholemeal, with a tiny bit of water.

Oven warm the Pitta Bread, for a few minutes.

Take one bowl per person and layer the bottom with some salad leaves, cut pitta in half and pop in the sides of the bowl, spoon a portion of the warm cooked kebab meat onto the salad and then a little bit of prepared side salad and dressing.

Finish with Feta Cubes, Olives and ready made Tzatziki* & a fresh wedge of Lime.

*Greek yoghurt, Garlic and chopped cucumbers makes a quick Tzatziki.
