Iron transports Oxygen & Carbon dioxide to and from cells. Iron is a component of haemoglobin and is vital for energy production.

 

Signs of deficiency are, Anaemia, pale skin, sore tongue, and loss of appetite, nausea, fatigue and feeling sensitive to cold.

Supplements

Amino-Acid-Chelated Iron is three times more absorbable than Iron Sulphate or Iron Oxide.  

Vitamin C increases Iron absorption; Iron also works well with Vitamin E, Folate and Phosporus. Iron also works well with Calcium but in small amounts.
